The Moana Hotel - Chatan

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and riding free bikes to the nearby beach and shops. The staff were very helpful

Nice hotel, amazing base for exploring Chatan. The staff were helpful and friendly and assisted us with free parking. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Location near the sea wall as well as food places. Also, right by the beach too. The property of choice in Chatan.

Rather small room.

i found the hotel's location great, very close to food places & bars, the airport and the convenience store. the room was extremely spacious and beautiful and even had a fully furnished kitchen.

The room was amazing, but the sea view was blocked by poles.

Room access was limited due to the hot tub being closed for the season, and the small bathroom size. The sea view was obstructed by electricity poles, a letdown given the location.

would use them next time.

The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a washing machine. The bathroom had a bidet and free toiletries. I appreciated the tv and the comfortable bedding. The staff were helpful, guiding us on local dining options. Free bikes were a fantastic plus for exploring!

The hotel's location was excellent, offering quick access to the seaside and nearby restaurants. Our room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a well-organized layout with great sound insulation. The free bikes provided were a fantastic bonus, great to explore the area effortlessly.

Breakfast options were limited, consisting mainly of pastries which could be improved for a fuller meal.

It was just a well-suited match for a whistle-stop in Chatan with reasonable value. The staff were super friendly and helpful . Try asking for a room with a sea view for a nice experience.

Located near the vibrant seafront, the hotel offers a fantastic spot to watch surfers and enjoy scenic walks at low tide. The room was clean and spacious, with a functional kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave. The friendly staff, fluent in multiple languages, were always ready to assist with any requests. The lack of dining options on-site was noticeable, and a few maintenance issues took longer to resolve than expected, slightly impacting the experience.

I loved how the cozy atmosphere helped me unwind, especially while enjoying a complimentary drink by the pool. There are great massage options and a lovely lounge area for relaxation. I wish there were more vegan choices at breakfast, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 🌴

The decorations at the hotel were simply delightful, with beautiful touches that made me feel like I was in a luxurious paradise. the general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for us seniors. I truly appreciated the wheelchair-accessible common areas, making it easy for older guests like myself to move around comfortably.

I wish the children working there could offer more senior-friendly activities.

My room was spotless and cozy, with soft down pillows for a good night's sleep 😊. I was pleased to find that it had central heating to keep me warm, as well as a safe to secure my belongings, and a multi-channel TV for entertainment.

The place has a fabulous location near the sea wall, with convenient stores nearby, and the staff are welcoming and polite.
